KÀRA · Chocolate of Ecuadorian origin
Bars and tablets that begin long before chocolate: with a pod, a farm and a lot whose story we can follow.
A story born here
Cacao's story does not begin in a display case. It begins in the tropical forests of the Americas, among communities that learned to recognize the fruit, transform it and give it meaning.
Archaeological evidence from the Upper Amazon in present-day Ecuador documents cacao use more than five thousand years ago. That legacy makes Ecuadorian cacao more than a raw material: it is culture, territory and knowledge passed forward.
KÀRA was born to carry that story forward. It does not try to recreate the past; it honors it by creating chocolate with a visible connection between agricultural origin and finished product.

Finca Sicilia · Vinces, Los Ríos
Finca Sicilia has its own cacao production and records that accompany every stage: production lot, harvest, fermentation, drying and commercial release.
KÀRA takes that discipline as its starting point. Each development seeks to preserve a verifiable connection between the cacao grown on the farm and the chocolate placed in the consumer's hands.
